Being honest about what it is — and isn't

We believe in setting the right expectation. Our carpet service is a surface sanitize, deodorize and refresh — it kills dust mites, removes odours and treats small, light spots. It is not deep hot-water extraction. Deep-set stains, pet-urine saturation or full carpet restoration are best handled by a specialized carpet-cleaning company, and we're always happy to recommend one. After steaming, carpet stays slightly damp for about 1–2 hours.
