Terms of Service
Governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mavely Clean & Gleam website and the booking of our premium residential cleaning services in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide residential cleaning services as described at the time of booking. Each standard booking reserves a five (5) hour service window plus a one (1) hour travel buffer. Pricing is displayed transparently before you confirm your booking.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once submitted through our automated system and are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely. Prices, add-ons, and recurring discounts are applied as shown at checkout.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not absolutely delighted with the gleam, notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of your service and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
5. Access & Keyless Entry
Where you elect secure keyless entry, you authorize us to access your premises for the scheduled service. You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the property.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us in advance of your appointment. Reasonable notice allows us to release your reserved time slot to other clients.
7. Liability
We carry commercial general liability insurance with $2M per claim and $5M annual coverage in Saskatchewan. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Saskatchewan and Canadian law.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA and CASL.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada.
