Question 1

Who will come to clean my home in Saskatoon?

Accepted Answer

Mavely Clean & Gleam is strictly owner-operated. The same husband-and-wife founders, Oleksii and Olena, personally clean your home on every visit — no subcontractors and no rotating crews — for the highest quality control and complete security.

Question 2

What equipment and products do you use for eco-cleaning?

Accepted Answer

German Miele HEPA filtration vacuums, commercial-grade Reliable Brio Pro steam equipment generating dry steam from a 160°C boiler, and EWG-Verified, plant-based ATTITUDE® products — a gentle fit for children and pets.

Question 3

Do you offer fixed flat-rate pricing for move-out cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes — transparent, fixed flat-rate pricing based on your home's bedroom and bathroom count. You see your final price and book online in about 60 seconds, and you pay only after the clean is complete.

Question 4

What cleaning products do you use?

Accepted Answer

EWG-Verified, eco-friendly products — primarily ATTITUDE®, a Canadian, EWG-Verified brand that's vegan and cruelty-free — plus water-only Reliable Brio Pro steam cleaning. A gentle fit for children, pets and allergy-sensitive homes.

Question 5

Do you clean carpets and stairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — as an add-on we steam-refresh and deodorize carpets and carpeted stairs (helps lift dust mites, neutralizes odours) and spot-treat small, light stains. It's $35 per carpeted room and $35 per staircase. Please note this is a surface steam & refresh — NOT deep hot-water extraction. Deep-set stains, pet-urine saturation or full carpet restoration are best handled by a specialized carpet-cleaning company, and we're happy to recommend one.

Question 6

How is the price calculated?

Accepted Answer

A transparent, fixed price online based on the cleaning type and your home size — no hidden fees and no in-home estimate required.

Question 7

You're not the cheapest — why?

Accepted Answer

Great question! Our pricing reflects the level of care, equipment, and safety we bring into your home. We personally perform every clean using Miele HEPA vacuums, water-only 160°C steam cleaning, and EWG-verified eco products. Because we treat your home like our own, we back everything with a 24-hour guarantee. We understand we might not be the perfect fit for everyone, but we are always here for those who prioritize a genuinely detailed clean.

Question 8

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Saskatoon and surrounding areas up to 200 km. Under 30 km has no travel fee; 30–100 km adds a flat $100, 100–150 km adds $150, and 150–200 km adds $200. Beyond 200 km is outside our service area.

Question 9

Are your products a good fit for children and pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes — EWG-Verified, eco-friendly chemistry that's gentle on children, pets and delicate surfaces.

Question 10

What if I'm not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

Our 24-hour guarantee: let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean it free of charge.

Question 11

How long does a cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your home's size and the add-ons you choose. A smaller home starts around 3 hours, while a larger home with a full set of enhancements and steam cleaning can take up to 12–13 hours. We confirm the exact time when you book.

Question 12

Why is booking only on weekends right now?

Accepted Answer

Right now our weekday schedule is fully booked, so we reserve weekends for new clients — that way every home gets the founders' full, unhurried attention. As demand grows we'll open more weekday availability; join the priority list and we'll let you know first.

Question 13

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made after the service — securely by card (we email you a payment link), cash or cheque. Gift cards are paid online by card.

Question 14

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes — simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Question 15

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we carry commercial liability insurance in Saskatchewan.

Question 16

Do I need to be home, and do you bring equipment?

Accepted Answer

No need to be home — we offer secure keyless entry. We bring everything ourselves: HEPA vacuums and our EWG-verified eco-chemistry in signature transparent glass bottles. You never need to provide supplies.

Question 17

How many cleaners come to my home?

Accepted Answer

Just the two of us — the husband-and-wife owners — so the quality and care stay consistent every single visit.

Question 18

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleans?

Accepted Answer

Yes — weekly saves 15%, bi-weekly 10% and monthly 5%, applied automatically when you book.

Question 19

Do you offer water-only steam cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we clean with a commercial Reliable Brio Pro steam system (160°C boiler) that treats bathrooms, kitchens, tile, grout, mattress surfaces and high-touch points using nothing but water. It's included free in every Deep Eco Detail and can be added to any other service. Note: we specialise in hard-surface steam cleaning and don't offer wet carpet or upholstery extraction.

Question 20

Can my pets stay home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Our products are gentle for pets — just mention your pets in the booking notes so we can respect their space.

Question 21

Are taxes included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Any applicable taxes are shown clearly on your quote before you confirm — no surprises at the door.

Question 22

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

A few days ahead is ideal for your preferred date, but we'll always do our best with last-minute requests too.
